Most practitioners, doctors or coaches will tell you to get more testing done to “see what's going on” then take meds or supplements to fix it. But that's the LAST thing you should actually be doing. Mindset, spiritual warfare and routines. Here, we're setting a strong foundation for what Scripture says about healing and aligning your mind and heart to it.

WEEK 2
Hormone intro, menstrual cycle, and cycle tracking. We're diving into why hormone imbalances happen, what your symptoms mean, and how to easily track your cycle with extreme accuracy.

WEEK 3
Metabolism is where we focus on creating a strong body that feels safe, supported, nourished, and ready for pregnancy. Tier 2 clients will have access to personalized nutrition audits from Virginia.

WEEK 4
Blood sugar balance, tips for traveling, and balanced meal examples. This is where we break down HOW to eat, even if you're eating dairy, gluten, sugar, or cocktails. We're not removing food here, we're supporting your body to digest it.

WEEK 6
Liver support and detox supports the production and metabolism of your hormones. We can't just look at your hormones, we have to look at the organs that control your hormones!

WEEK 7
Nervous system and managing stress
effectively in busy seasons based on Scripture, not following more advice from Google like meditating for an hour everyday, bubble baths or stress supplements.

WEEK 8
Gut health without the restrictive diets, stool samples and tests, or supplements. Just supporting your gut to work exactly how it was created to without the overwhelm.

WEEK 10
Nutrient dense food is how your body is designed to absorb nutrients. We break down the pitfalls and considerations of supplements, and how to meet your needs with food instead.

WEEK 11
Sleep is one of the most overlooked areas of health. We can't push an overly exhausted body and we need to practice good quality sleep habits to encourage restorative and healing sleep.

Movement in a way that supports healing, not overexertion or stress. Exercise is essential to hormone balance, but most women are doing it wrong.

WEEK 14
Lymphatic system support is essential for the uptake of your hormones. Proper support of this system will encourage your body to do it's role more effectively.

Environmental toxins are a threat to your fertility. It can be overwhelming to navigate in a modern world where we're exposed to thousands of toxins everyday, but this week helps you prioritize the most important exposures for you.
I know, I know... you're thinking "wait, what about weeks 5, 9, 12, and 16?! They're missing!" Yes you're right! And that's intentional. I've designed these 16 weeks to include 4 break weeks, where you're not learning anything new, but simply focusing on implementing what you've already learned or catching up on a week you've missed. This is perfect for vacations, sickness, or busy seasons. Use these break weeks to catch up! You can always swap weeks or go out of order, but this layout is designed for the best results and ease of flow.
